We are big on the weller life! The word “weller.” We are well aware that it isn’t a word, but there is no word that describes the lifestyle that you live when you move into one of our communities. No one word can capture the excitement of our social events and the pleasure of meeting new neighbors and making them your friends. There’s not a word that can explain the bountiful list of amenities that you’ll enjoy when you move into your home or villa and the peace you’ll find when you realize you no longer have chores to do around the house or yard. The English language has no phrase that can describe the fulfillment you’ll have spending more time with your children and grandkids. And your taste buds may make you utter all kinds of indescribable words once you taste what our chefs are cooking or what your muscles will say once you finish that water aerobics class in the early morning. Our experience in life is so exciting, so fantasticwe couldn’t find a word to describe it. So we made one up that’s just as unique as our lifestyle: weller. Click on any of the tabs above to learn more about the Weller Life at Senior Living Communities. When you are finished enjoying our videos, researching our programs and perusing the website, make sure you sign up to join us for a lunch and learn. Despite how great we make life look on here, it is even better in person. We don’t do life well, we do it weller.

Time fly so fast, before we knew it, it is time for us to retire. If there is something, we cannot stop, it is the passing years, and although we want it to stop, we know we cannot. Many of us desire to be youthful for as long as we can. We want this because we know that things will be different once we are older. We will not be able to do all the things we used to. We fear that our loved ones will forget about us and that no one will care for us when we get older.
We all have these fears. However, life should continue even as we age. And to be certain that we will continue to live a good life as we grow older, we have to think of the future. If we invest wisely, we do not have to worry about who will take care of us. This is because we are certain about it. Besides, this will help our loved ones too. Our children will not have to worry about us. They know we have ample preparations for it and that they do not have to work hard to spend for our needs.
One of the best investments that we can do as we grow old is the retirement community. A retirement community understands the needs of people who are in their prime years and provide a living area suitable for that needs. It is unlike the retirement homes where there is only one structure. Here, we can continue to benefit from the different features of the community while having some experts looks after our needs and health.
You can enjoy many advantages when you choose to live here after working so hard in the past years. You can play golf in the courses designed for the retirees. This means that you do not have to wait for the next weekend or drive far to enjoy the sport you love. You can also enjoy other amenities such as the clubhouses and swimming pools. Since the area is exclusive, you do not have to worry about crashers. You can have a peaceful time in these facilities without being bothered.
There are different classifications for the retirement community. One is active and the other is supportive. The active community caters to the retirees who need less medical attention as they are capable of doing things by themselves. Although this is the case, there are still medical staffs in their community and they are located near hospitals and clinics. This way, they can easily get help whenever it is needed.
The other type is for retirees whose health condition has to be monitored regularly. Because of this, there are medical attendants all the time. There are also medical institutions inside the community to treat the residents right away. In some communities, both supportive and active community can exist. The community provides everything that the retirees need and yet provide enough freedom for them to enjoy the place.
There are a lot of things to enjoy even if you grow old. You can enjoy the wonderful view in your community, chat with friends or play golf with them.

Montgomery County and Lake Conroe have been vacation getaways for many years. It is no wonder that it is now becoming a fast-growing popular place to live, as the city of Houston is busting at the seams and residents are finding a way to a more peaceful setting.
Everything you are looking for in camp grounds, hiking and jogging trails, or fishing, to name a few, are all available. Along with its outdoor recreation choices, Montgomery County is a growing community as many find a place to call home in its piney woods setting.
This area not only has the beauty of the scenic highways and communities that are lined with an aging tall pine forest, but a new appeal is for Montgomery County.
New homes and master-planned communities are quickly going up to meet an interest in an outflow from the large Houston population, as well as others from around the nation wanting to move to a quaint southern area.
Conroe is one choice in Montgomery County. Any new home builder that has reaped the benefits of the city should add Conroe to their business planning.
Some communities are rising in unincorporated areas of Montgomery County and still others are completing the landscape in incorporated areas. The median age resident is in his/her middle 30′s. Children of baby boomers are moving to upscale and top homes for sale. In Conroe as young professionals live in the suburbs, they commute to work in Houston and live in the quiet country settings and master-planned communities.
Another place to consider is The Woodlands. It is a well-planned community, cozy and inviting. The Woodlands is a prestigious community, composed with several villages, which operates as its own town with shopping, parks, recreation facilities, and places of worship. Each has its own variety of apartments, townhomes, condos, and custom estates.
Homes are available with prices ranging from $100,000 to over $3 million. The Woodlands 34-acre Market Street in Town Center is an upscale, pedestrian-friendly shopping center, offering everything desired in one area. One spot not to forget is the number of top-rated golf courses: 99 holes, over 5 rolling courses, and one former home of the Houston Open on the PGA Tour.
There is no doubt that Montgomery County has grand appeal as a retirement area and family area as well. Scenic drives, walking trails, and outdoor living and activities have no limit. You’ll find the best of a big city in a small suburban community.
